My Favourites
I am often asked at shows for ideas for crafting projects and also what my favourite blocks are. I have never had the time to count up all the different blocks that I have had made by our carvers in India, but it will definitely go into the thousands. My favourite blocks change with different seasons and also with the different styles that have come and gone in crafting, but I have now created a section in our shop that show you my current favourite blocks. In truth, I love all the blocks I have made. I have designed them myself and love to see how the carvers have interpreted what I have asked for. But there are some blocks that I think are truly lovely and are beautiful to use and I have put them into a special section on my website.

The beautiful set above is called Spring Floral Garden, and whilst it may not yet be quite warm enough to be called Spring, I am sure you will agree that this lovely set of 10 blocks certainly looks very springlike. I am sure you will be forgiven if you take the plunge and get the set. If nothing else, at least you will be ready for when the weather does warm up a bit!

Mysterious Bhutan
As intrepid explorers, we first went to Bhutan last year with a group of about 16 people. Bhutan is an incredibly secretive place, who strictly limits visitors. Not surprisingly, given that it was a new holiday for us, the tour sold out in record time. It was a really super trip and I know everybody that went had the holiday of a lifetime with memories that will be passed on to families and friends.
