Make your own Fabric Flowers
Get some floral inspiration!
Making your own flowers are the perfect way to show off your creative skills and at Colouricious we have several videos to show you exactly how you can make lots of different types of flowers using felt, ribbon, paper as well as recycled fabrics and cloth. We of course suggest you use your block printed fabric, but of course you can recycle any fabric that you have lying around that you wish to put to good use. Enjoy watching our videos to see how we take you step by step through the whole process. Please note that we do not stock the Clover tools used to make these – they are found in many haberdashery outlets.
I am sure you will be able to make some wonderful creations.
If you are interested in creating felt flowers, then you will find a tutorial to show you exactly how to make them and many more on our Recycled Reborn DVD.

Textile Holidays
Travel to India with Colouricious
We have places still available on our trips to Rajasthan, Jaipur and Vietnam at the end of this year as well as our visit to the Houston Quilt Festival in October. These trips are special as they take you to some amazing places where you can see and experience some wonderful sights and sounds. They will definitely give you memories to last a lifetime.
If you are still deciding whether a Colouricious Textile Holiday is for you, then I urge you to take the plunge and reserve your place. On every trip I have people telling me how much they have enjoyed themselves and how pleased they were that they decided to go.
From Katy … “Despite having always wished to visit India, nothing really prepared me for the wonderful experience of the Colouricious Orissan tribal textile tour. The tour exceeded my expectations in every possible way, India is a true assault on all senses, the scent, taste, sights and sounds were all more vivid than you could hope to imagine, it was a truly life changing adventure. We met some amazing and talented artists, were generously welcomed into homes and extremely privileged to experience tribal crafts in a fantastic landscape and in circumstances that few Westerners will ever experience.”
Take a look at our website and decide which trip is for you.
